I had sent an important doc on 13/oct/17 awb[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on 15th.. N last date for it reach in institute was 21..in between they were not answering calls.. N on 21st one guy says that mt package is with delivery boy n he has gone to his village..!! Such disgusting excuse... Later it was delivered on 23rd oct.. Which was of no use for me..in b/w i had requested to send back the post to me, if they were not able to reach it to destination on or before 21st...
No reply frm that # jus cut call on my face n later blocked my number.
Really useless imbecile staff they have in delhi south nodal office, unprofessional.. Really very pathetic service.. I make sure me r non of my friends r relatives don't use this cargos service in future.. Was this information helpful? |
