[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki Dealer — Non delivery of wagon r vxi

Respected Sir/ Madam
I am a defense personnel and I booked a wagon r vxi magma grey color through CSD on
18 Jan 2022 from Hira Automobiles Muktsar, Punjab and paid Rs 2000 booking amount.On 21 Jan 2022 dealer gave me availability certificate and said that we will give you car by 5 Feb22. I paid Rs. 4, 52, 327 through CSD on 22 Jan 2022. But till today on 10 Mar2022 dealer has not given me delivery. Its going to be about 2 months. He is always saying that we dont have car, jab aayegi to aapko mil jayegi.

And now he is saying, "wagon r ke price increase hue hai so aapko extra money pay karna hoga". Sir if he is not giving me the delivery since last 2 months that is not my fault. Why should i pay extra money? If he will give me the car after six months so should i pay more according to that time price?? its not fair.

Now dealer has stopped picking up my calls. My all money is stuck since 2 months. please sir look into the matter and help me out of this critical situation.
