I'm from Mumbai goregaon got my first 2 wheeler access 125 and now I'm regretting a lot I thought it would be a great decision to have it but it got me enraged I'm having every month or two an new issue with the scooter I've got done my servicing on time also took some plans with the service center based in goregaon for my scooter at first it wasn't giving a good mileage then I got issue with the engine speeding up on its own around 30 to 45 kmph on a standing spot on (double stand) I mean it got something wrong with the engine and the battery they manufacturers attached is so 3rd class I can't even imagine I got my battery changed with the advice of service center supervisor and again after 3 months I'm just going for an upcoming service again the same problem with the engine it's speeding up on its own at around 15 to 25 kmph I don't understand what's wrong its been only 1.6 years and I'm really frustrated every now and then the quality of the Tyre is so cheap I got it puncher 3 times in a single month its really a cheap quality production I personally recommend not to purchase any vehicle from suzuki at all in my life I've been saved my life 2 times at least due to sudden issue with the vehicle on heavy traffic on roads and running highway im really upset about my friend as well he also bought the vehicle same year it has been 2 years with him even he have spent so much from his pocket like me to get all mechanical faults fixed really I cannot think any worst from a brand manufacturer company of 2 wheeler like suzuki I really love my scooter but this is enough I can't explain the rage inside me for the expenses its like I'm just handling a stubborn wife that never wants to get easy on me.

    In my New Celerio ZXI+ bought in Faridabad in May 2022. In the touch Music system, Lots of disturbance coming and in the night - we can't listing the fm due to that. Dealer has replaced the instrument but still problem not resolved. I have raised the concern the maruti - but nobody is ready to lisitn the concern. Even - His TSM (Akhil Gupta) has tried to close the concern with the conclusion that this is my 'wrong perception'. While he has never consider the customer concern and never did a physical inspection of the reception/wires/cables of the car. I am approaching the head office in new delhi but nobody picking the phone, on email - nobody is replying -- Now i am feeling that I have wasted my money.

        Today I received few pics from Rana Motors about the current condition of my car. Now I came to know that left hand side doors have different colour and the front engine side car has different colour. I have the pics which clearly saying that they have repainted the doors of the car with different colour. Also few dents are still on the door which were never touched by the denter.

        Now I am happily say to my friends that Rana Motors can deliver your car with 2 different colours. which is amazing.

        I am fed up with the services giving by Rana Motors. Kindly look into this matter seriously. Please stop harassing me.

        This service center is spoiling the name of Maruti company. Can any one call me from Rana Motors and check what is my query and what I wanted to inform them.

          I have booked a new age baleno Alpha MT on 6th April with Vishnu Nexa in cheompet Chennai. Dealer promised delivery in 7 to 9 weeks . This is one of the reasons why I booked this car . They then raised the price . It is been 13 weeks and the car is not even alloted . Every time I call them they keep saying it will be done next week.             Hello, My Name Is Prakash Maarthe, I Have book my Ertiga VXI Model.on 8th Feb 2022 At Jalgaon Dist Manraj Motors Pvt Ltd Jalgaon. I Have paid My booknig Amount. 11, 000/-.Since they Have Given me a date that Under 3 Months and Its been now More than 5 months.i have not Got my Ertiga. i Am continueosly call to agent and also showroom. he told me please wait some days. i will give you Car, Or month end, or next week still its been now completed the month end and july first week. still i not got my Car. And today he said me to wait at least 2-3 weeks.

              I bought suzuki Access 125 from Shivsharda Suzuki Authorized dealer beed maharshtra on 14/7/2021, after 4 months the scooter started leaking oil and smoke i told to the service center they said we will repair the scooter in 7/8 days, the vehicle was in their service center for 8 days they told they repaired my scooter but after 6, 7 months later the same problem happened and again they are asking to leave scooter at service center for 2/3 days. this is unacceptable i paid for product with my hard earned money, this was my first purchase of vehicle and i am very disappointed. give i want to replace my vehicle or give me my hard earned money.

                  From last 4 months i visited there for morethan 7 times for repeating job . I think they had met with accident and had taken claim of my vehicle.
                  Now my request towards maruti is please investigate the case and need necessary action. Jamkash vehicleads Hyderpora jammu and kashmir is making money by doing frauds on the name of maruti and insurance.
                  They are making frauds with customers in the name of maruti and insurance. I dropped my vehicle there for repeating job i think jamkash employees used my car and met eith accident and and had taken a claim without my consent loss mentioned 95k -they fraud with me, they people take a claim without my consent and had taken 95k from insurance.
                  They wasted my almost 4 months, and repeated job morethan 7 times . They had made my vehicles condition like auto.

                      I worked at Maruti for 2 years from 2018 and 2020. Post joining a new company, i tried to get my PF transferred by mailing and calling the concerned people at Maruti. However, I was not able to reach them.

                        Car no WB20H1926, sent for paid service to JK Wheels, Malda, WB, on 13.05.2022. We were not satisfied at all regarding the service quality, also Its very unfortunately that what I have asked to repair ( 1. Fuel Tank Lid open problem, 2. Electric function like Side looking glass adjustment, Defogger, Mobile charging/ Lighter point, 3.Front Left window up & Down, 4. Gear nob change, 5. Wiper Blade rubber change, , 6. Wiper Water motor, 7. Central lock remote control, 8. Back Door hydraulic change, 9. Rat net & 10. Back light ) that they have not solve 7 to 8 items /problems out of 10 problems, but to increase the bill value they did the things which I have not asked for and charged Rs.6000/- . If a authorized service center chits customer like this, then where do we get genuine service ??

                        When I had given the car for service, Engine sound was good, but when it came after service, a harse sound coming..
                        Today when I called up JK Wheels service Manager, Mr. Kasim khan, his behavior is very rude and it seems that he had done a favor to me by picking up the car for service and dropping the car after service. I tried to make him understand which all things not been done, where I had given a detail written sheet for service required to the person came for pickup the car, the service manager was unwilling to listen but he was emphasizing that he had favored me by picking up & dropping the car, he was so dogmatic not to listen & he cutoff the telephone line, when I was telling which all things not done.
                        If service manager behave like this with customer then whom we would tell our problems ??

                        Now please suggest me what should I do now ?? Should i again spent money to repair the above 7 - 8 problem which not done & which is most urgent. E.g, Fuel Tank Lid open, Gear change nob, Wiper Rubber, wiper water pump repair/ change etc.etc..
                        Is it JK wheels tactics to suck customers money again and again by keeping jobs pending. ??
                        I hope you understand If Fuel Tank lid does not open then how I would fill the fuel and run the Car ??

                        As per your instruction I had sent my car to JK Wheels on 17.06.2022 to complete the Service for which I paid (Rs.6000/-) in Advance to JK Wheels.
                        I also tried to talk to you Yesterday and Today but was not able to connect with you for any update, then I called Mr. Kasim Khan, Service Manager, JK Wheels, he told me that he will update me only after talking with you.

                        I also like to inform you that yesterday I received a call from JK Wheels service Technician, Named, MOTI, he told me that he has been sacked & for that he is holding me responsible. He also used a few objectionable words to me . I don't know how I would be responsible if he was sacked from job.

                        Earlier I reported that your Service Centre J.K.Wheels is not good in behaviour with customers' and that proved once again.

                        I am requesting you, Mr. F, Ali, to update the service status & requesting you to arrange to return my car immediately as it is there for a week .

                          Hi,

                          I, D S Parmar bought Baleno in 2016 . Few months back i noticed a problem in steering of car, it wasnt coming back to its normal position which it should be automaticaly when we release it after rotating it.

                          I live in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand hilly area which is around 125 Km(takes more than 4 hour hilly drive) from Dehradun. I am a retired person and use it occasionally(take service of driver).

                          When this month while doing the servicing i showed this to Rajpur Road, Dehradun Maruti service centre, they told me that they had conveyed this Manufacturing defective part to me few years back when it was getting serviced, but when i told them that it was never conveyed to me, they showed me they put a note in service paper which i believe a normal person wont be able to understand and generally we trust your service person words and never bothered to check the papers. I never noticed that note and i am sure normal persons wont be able to understand that also. They could have said to me that verbally, it would not have taken more than 2-3 minutes. This much etiquette atleast i can expect from your person. For change of parts (where i am charged) and servicing reminder your people take so much pain to tell me but for this major defect(which can be life threating) they were not able to find 2-3 minutes in so many years to convey me. Seems like money has become priority nomber one and customer life has no value for your people.

                          Nobody bothered to tell me verbally this part is defective(manufacturing defect) in so many cars of Maruti and i came to know about this when i searchd it online when i started getting the problem. This should be considered as lapse from your side that your people didnt tell me this to save money even if it can lead to loss of life of customer. When there was clear cut directive from upper management to change the part then why they didnt change it. Maruti recalled cars to change this defective part.

                          Your persons take great pain in reminding us for service through calls and to change the parts while doing the servicing(as they make money in it) and extended warranty (which i took as your people kept insisting), , they should have taken a little pain in telling verbally to me the issue and it needs change, atleast this much etiqutte i can expect from your service persons. If this is the way you are treating your loyal customers then i think its very bad attitude and it will be very hard for us to spread good words to known ones which we generally give about your product.

                          From a reputed company like you i was not expecting this. I talked to Mr RaghuVeer, Mohabbewala, Dehradun service center and Mr Utkarsh(Some regional head), instead of helping me they tried to put blame on me saying i didnt ask them to change the part . If your person dont tell me the issue or defective part how will i come to know that i need to change the part.

                          Atleast i can expect this much etiqutte from your service person to verbally tell me that the steering is defecitve and it needs to be changed and there was a clear cut directive from higher management for the same.

                          When i told them to change it they asked me to pay full money for it. When i showed them the directive (i searched online) they said its my fault that i didnt request them to change it before . After many requests they are now saying i have to pay half of the money.

                          Please check the case and ask your person to change it free as the part was defective from your end and they didnt bother to tell me verbally in these many years that it needs change and can be dangerous for my life especially in hilly areas where i live.
                          I read your directive online in which it was clearly written to change it free (both outside and inside) warranty period.
                          Expecting positive response from your end.

                          I am not a fool to refuse change if it had been conveyed to me by your person.

                          The company recalled many models to replace the steering wheel but the service centre Mohabbewala, Chandrwani Khalsa, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248002 didnt bother to convey me to replace that . For servicing and parts change, extended warranty they had time to call me and convey me, for this manufacturing defect for which they had directive for change from upper management they didnt find 2-3 minutes to convey me verbally. This shows the ethics of company.

                              Its been more than one month but the parts of maruti swift is not provided till date.I am from Mahasamund district. Parts ordered by Service Center here for my vehicle Maruti Swift since last month but still not received If the parts of that car are not available now then it is pointless to take that car. एक महीने से अधिक हो गया है लेकिन मारुति स्विफ्ट के हिस्से आज तक उपलब्ध नहीं कराए गए हैं। मैं महासमुंद जिले से हूं। पिछले महीने से मेरे वाहन मारुति स्विफ्ट के लिए सर्विस सेंटर द्वारा ऑर्डर किए गए पुर्जे अब तक अप्राप्त हैं।

                                    I Jitendra singh, as well as my family is a customer with Maruti since a long, as the trust/facility maintained by Maruti in continuation of this relationship I recently purchased a New Maruti Baleno Delta on August 2020 alongwith Insurance from Maruti Suzuki Insurance Broking Private Limited and maintain it regularly every year before it expire. Latest I purchased the same under your sourced and serviced “Universal Sompo General Insurance Company Limited (Policy No. & Type – 2367/64124246/S0/000).

                                    Today, this is the first time in this journey with Maruti I am sending this letter as a formal complaint about the settlement you made for my claim of dated 16.06.2022 (Claim No.- CL[protected]. I received a call from the surveyor of Insurance company after he checked my damage car and after knowing the fact about the damage he will assured me that he as well as the company will do their best and settled the claim with full satisfaction. However, when I get the call from Body Shop, Rana Motors pvt. Ltd B-242, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase –I New Delhi (SM- Mohd. Danish) he told that the Back Left side Tail Light and Front Bumber claim does not given by the insurance company.

                                    Sir, the settlement you gave for the damage of my car due to rush/Misdriving of other driver from left back side is UTTERLY OUTRAGEOUS AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE/UNSATISFACTORY for me. I am very disappointed from what happened and here the reason to inform you is that I purchased this Insurance policy sourced and serviced by Maruti Suzuki Insurance Broking Private Limited, and ask/requested you to find an immediate solution to this problem.

                                    After, knowing of this problem, I contacted, the surveyor { Divya Chaurasia (Mobile No. [protected])} also on call but he told that nothing could be done and the company cannot be given the other claim on the above Claim No., I also introduce him on call with my relative who have some Insurance knowledge being my relative/well-wisher/for doing helpful hand but he also refused his request too, on demanding his senior contact No. he again refused and unmannered cut the call. I believe that this response is unfair because as the damage bumper can be claimed by the company but the tail light attached to it and in the same route cannot be comes under the claim.

                                    I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. I also requested you to please look into this matter at the soonest and do the needful. I am truly very grateful for your support.

                                      I have booked DZIRE VXI Petrol (Magma Grey) by Name Anupama Singhal from Prem Motors, Kanwal Complex, AG Office, Gwalior (M.P.) on 22 April 2022 for which they had provided me waiting time of 4 to 6 weeks, then after the waiting time was over they were unable to deliver me car so I have registered a complaint regarding it with Complaint No.:[protected] on Friday 10th June 2022 then after few days this complaint was auto removed/cancelled from your side without my consent or informing me.
                                      Now today 20th June 2022 my New Complaint No. is [protected] and could not provide me reason for cancellation of my complaint
                                      There is no solution from Company side or from the dealership side they are just delaying and not providing me proper dates for the delivery
