MRF Cricket bat cracked in less than 3 weeks.

I bought an MRF Champ size 6 cricket bat (Indian Willow) at sachdev sports Kondapur, Hyderabad on 26/12/2025. The bat cracked at the bottom on 13/01/2026 and they are refusing to exchange it. When I went to the store on 14/01/2026 with the damaged bat, the salesman tells me that Indian Willow is for playing with tennis ball which was not told to me before the purchase. replacement of defective tyre under warranty

Request for Goodwill Replacement Tyre Damaged Within 200 km of Installation

I recently purchased a set of 4 MRF tyres for my Maruti Brezza from your authorized dealer on 19 May 2025 Unfortunately, within just 200 kilometers of regular city driving, one of the tyres suffered a deep cut due to a sharp object on the road.

However, considering the extremely short usage period and the fact that the tyre was almost brand new, I respectfully request you to consider a goodwill replacement or partial compensation....

New tyre

I bought your tires last September and put them on my Honda Amici. Now, 3 tires are compliant with Budge. I took them to the shop where I bought them and showed them to them. They said, "Let's see after 30 days." If I take the tires off and give them to the engineer, they'll look at them and say, "Can I get a replacement tomorrow?" What's that? Are all those who buy MRFs by paying cash stupid? Doesn't the company have any responsibility?...

This is regarding to complaint number 000910393541,sl number 5223

Purchased a scooter tyre from MRF dealer L N Enterprises, SLN complex, Mysore road Kengeri, BANGALORE 560060.with Bill Number 26724 on 10.02.2024.on cash.

On 25th January 2025 I noticed an air bubble on that tyre, I frightened and immediately drove to the MRF dealer to show him the air bubble.and asked him to remove the defective tyre and replace with the new one.and paid cash for new tyre.

Rejection of claim

I sanjay gupta have handed over defected tyre due to manufacturing defect to Mahindra Dealer, Hoshiarpur, who sent it to Dealer "Major Dhami Tyre, Piplanwala, Hoshiarpur"

Mahindra XUV 700 purchased recently is under warranty, very less used only 7000 K.m Driven, single hand driven,
unfortunately i found crack on side of tyre which was surely due to manufacturing defect

Tyre was wrongly rejected vide rejection...

I have purchased car 4 months back and 3 days ago fromt side tyre got flat and puncture guy said its tyre fault and crack came in tyre so u can claim your warranty..when i visited mehsana outlet of Vokaswegan they said u have to visit MRF Fast and they will do the needful and replace the tyre but i didnt the same but got very poor response from the MRF Fast store so would request you pls look into this amd do the needful

Volkaswegan guy said MRF Tyre team will help you out but at the time of warranty we are getting very poor response of MRF Team

i have drove 3800 km only my car

    I purchased 2 new MRF Tyres from Super Agencies for my Honda City Car on 11th July 2024. On 13 July 2024, early morning at 2 o'clock, when I was driving to the airport, the newly fitted tyre developed a small crack and the tyre became flat in a small pit. Then I reported this complaint to MRF and I got the following reply:

    I purchased MRF Wander Breeza Tyres 215/60 R16 95H, and within just 500 km, one of the tires got a side cut from a small brick on the road. The company is refusing to repair or replace it. MRF tyres can't even handle small obstacles on Indian roads and are not suitable for these conditions. Other companies offer unconditional warranties. I recommend that users avoid buying MRF Tyres. Over net there are soo many complaint on same

    My tyre got cut within 500 KM run with small brick on road. If MRF cant handle Indian road condition whats a point in purchasing their . Quality too low

    Updated by rahul1988gupta88     Pls look its taken in 2024 manufacture only . Brand new tyre within 500 got it . its just a small brick not sharp object at all . I just started my car and within 10 min its not burst . This can be seen in the tyre as well because once tyre gets flat it leaves marking on run as well on side .

      I bought tyre from Tyre Plaza canal road, opp Bee Enn Hospital, Talab Tillo Jammu on December 2021 and has been cracked from side where logo of MRF depicted. This has been done for third times from 2016 from the date of purchase of my motorcycle and I replaced it third time on pro-rata basis. I found that the quality of MRF tyre has been downgraded so that this has been done with me from third time. Please replace the tyre with good quality tyre.

The tyre was observed to be damaged within 25 days of purchase and the complaint was submitted with your dealer Muniswar Tyres, Tirunindravur with the CFD no. 668939 dated 26 Nov'23.           MRF Tyres company officials from Coimbatore are cheating on my own shop property worth Rs. 1 crore, and they are given many inflictions of physical and mental torture and suffering for the benefical encroachment on my own shop property. This makes me make too many suicide attempts. Now I was suffering greatly as a result of your company, MRF Tyres officers, and the team in Coimbatore. Your company official indirectly caused heavy losses in my textile business to take over my shop property, but still, it has continued for over 8 years to the present.
