MRF Cricket bat cracked in less than 3 weeks.

I bought an MRF Champ size 6 cricket bat (Indian Willow) at sachdev sports Kondapur, Hyderabad on 26/12/2025. The bat cracked at the bottom on 13/01/2026 and they are refusing to exchange it. When I went to the store on 14/01/2026 with the damaged bat, the salesman tells me that Indian Willow is for playing with tennis ball which was not told to me before the purchase. No pay money

Rejection of claim

I sanjay gupta have handed over defected tyre due to manufacturing defect to Mahindra Dealer, Hoshiarpur, who sent it to Dealer "Major Dhami Tyre, Piplanwala, Hoshiarpur"

Mahindra XUV 700 purchased recently is under warranty, very less used only 7000 K.m Driven, single hand driven,

Tyre burst while driving a car.

Manufacturing defect tyre

Got a new car from kia on 2nd oct20 and on 28th dec21 noticed the bubble in one tyre and approached kia service, they simply said it is not a manufacture defect and after long conversation they had sent a tyre to MRF and after couple of days they given a letter stating rejected due to polyester break/ pinch cut due to sudden impact… funny part is without inspection of alloy wheel how can they come to conclusion and it’s a simple inspection...

MRF Tyre - Dealer not paying the claim amount

I got the text today (13 November, 2021) - "Dear Customer, your claim item under no.[protected]" (Sl. No. 4518) is accepted against payment of Rs. 1703/- incl. GST. for details contact dealer. MRF Limited".
