I have purchased car 4 months back and 3 days ago fromt side tyre got flat and puncture guy said its tyre fault and crack came in tyre so u can claim your warranty..when i visited mehsana outlet of Vokaswegan they said u have to visit MRF Fast and they will do the needful and replace the tyre but i didnt the same but got very poor response from the MRF Fast store so would request you pls look into this amd do the needful

Volkaswegan guy said MRF Tyre team will help you out but at the time of warranty we are getting very poor response of MRF Team

i have drove 3800 km only my car

I purchased 2 new MRF Tyres from Super Agencies for my Honda City Car on 11th July 2024. On 13 July 2024, early morning at 2 o'clock, when I was driving to the airport, the newly fitted tyre developed a small crack and the tyre became flat in a small pit. Then I reported this complaint to MRF and I got the following reply:

Dear customer, We regret inability to accept No.[protected]Sl.No.2124) as claim as no manufacturing...

I purchased MRF Wander Breeza Tyres 215/60 R16 95H, and within just 500 km, one of the tires got a side cut from a small brick on the road. The company is refusing to repair or replace it. MRF tyres can't even handle small obstacles on Indian roads and are not suitable for these conditions. Other companies offer unconditional warranties. I recommend that users avoid buying MRF Tyres. Over net there are soo many complaint on same

My tyre got cut within 500 KM run with small brick on road. If MRF cant handle Indian road condition whats a point in purchasing their . Quality too low

I bought tyre from Tyre Plaza canal road, opp Bee Enn Hospital, Talab Tillo Jammu on December 2021 and has been cracked from side where logo of MRF depicted. This has been done for third times from 2016 from the date of purchase of my motorcycle and I replaced it third time on pro-rata basis. I found that the quality of MRF tyre has been downgraded so that this has been done with me from third time. Please replace the tyre with good quality tyre.

I have purchased a couple of MRF Tyres ZLX for my Maruti Swift car for both rear wheel with invoice no. 1808 dated 31/10/2023 from MRF exclusive dealer, Sree Jayam Tyres, Minjur. The tyre was observed to be damaged within 25 days of purchase and the complaint was submitted with your dealer Muniswar Tyres, Tirunindravur with the CFD no. 668939 dated 26 Nov'23. I have received intimation on 2 Dec' 23 that, "we regret inability to accept No.[protected]S.No.3023) as claim". I need refund for this purchase or replacement of the tyres. Thank you.

MRF Tyres company officials from Coimbatore are cheating on my own shop property worth Rs. 1 crore, and they are given many inflictions of physical and mental torture and suffering for the benefical encroachment on my own shop property. This makes me make too many suicide attempts. Now I was suffering greatly as a result of your company, MRF Tyres officers, and the team in Coimbatore. My tryre got buldge & dealer is deniying for the replacement

I brought a new brezza car which is fitted with mrf 16 r size tyre and in running on highway tyre was blasted
Car runed only 17000 km only with mrf tyres

I bought this tyre 175/60R15 ZVTV on 15th October 2022 and after traveling only 120 kms, this tire got cut after automatically inflating. The tire was not scratched yet it was removed from warranty. In this way, how can I trust MRF further? Please maintain my trust. I have still not received my tire from the company, it is still with the company, it has gone for warranty. plz solve my problem and in fome me as soon as kindly

My bike tyre purchased almost 8_ 10 months. Upto date no puncture in tyre and tube. Yesterday it is busted with air leaked sound in stand position. Tyre condition 70%. I am complaint the store keeper he said wait to evening. And then he said it is not possible to change. They will said it is not manufacturing mistake cannot claim.

I have purchase a MRF Tyre 195.80S.15 Serial number - 15/330/30820 in Indore. The tyre has run for 1000 km and has got bubbles on the sides. when i went to the dealer he said because because in your warranty only 1 year is left i dont think company will replace the tyre.
He is not taking the tyre and registering the complaint as well.
Somehow he managed to take the complaint and sent the tyre back to the company telling me tyre is almost finished which i know has a much live left.
As a customer i am very much dissatisfied with MRF policy as the dont keep their word on warranty and their dealer who dosent want to give me the tyre in warranty insted wants to me purchase a new tyre from him.

My new MRF tyre got burst while travelling in Rishikesh. This happaned in a normal unpaved road having normal pebbles and vehicle was running at a speed of 35 only. I purchased XL6 car (UP 14FC 2344) in June 2022 and so far these tyres have covered 8000 km and are in good condition. I dont understand how come a new tyre burst in a normal condition without hitting any strong sharp object. pictures and number of tyre enclosed.

I hope this email finds you well. I, Pinak Paul, am writing to bring to your attention a matter o[censored]tmost concern regarding my recent experience with MRF tires and a MRF dealer. I purchased a set of MRF tires and tubes (Model:165D12LT SAVARI N8 and LT165D12 INS TUBE) for my vehicle on 23rd June 2023 and 28th July 2023 respectively, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the product and the customer service provided by one of your authorized dealers.
I encountered a problem with both of the tires, which was still within its warranty period. The tire developed severe damage that was not due to any negligence on my part, but rather a manufacturing defect. When I approached the dealer (Dealer Name:Hiya tyres - post raipur maheshtala mobile no- [protected]) from whom I purchased the tires, I expected a smooth warranty claim process. However, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Firstly, the dealer exhibited a complete lack of professionalism and respect. The staff and the manager at the dealer's outlet displayed rude and unhelpful behavior, making it difficult for me to even discuss the warranty claim. Their attitude was both unprofessional and unbecoming of an authorized MRF dealer.
Secondly, despite my repeated attempts to explain the warranty situation, the dealer refused to process the claim for the damaged tire and told that they will not help me and give me solutions. This unwarranted behavior was not only frustrating but also in direct violation of my rights as a customer with a valid warranty.
I would like to draw your attention to the warranty terms and conditions and request that you kindly investigate this matter and ensure that your dealers adhere to the agreed-upon warranty terms. A copy of both the bills including invoice number is attached to this email for your reference.
I kindly request that MRF intervenes in this matter promptly, either by directing the dealer to honor the warranty or by providing guidance on how to proceed with my warranty claim. I believe in the quality of MRF products and hope that this issue can be resolved amicably.
Please let me know the steps MRF will take to address this issue and ensure that such unprofessional behavior is not repeated in the future. I look forward to a swift resolution to this matter and to continue enjoying the quality and service I expect from MRF. I want immediate actions regarding this otherwise I will move to consumer forum for this type of product and behaviour as well as for this type of harrasment also.

I bought new XL6 Its run only 4000 Km. Its front left tyre has been burst in a while running on highway. but company has not accepted the claim. they said cut has been done through sharp object. which is not done. they reject my claim.

My car left front side mrf tyre got broke down when I saw on the tyres bubble was there it is the only reason I think for my tyre broke down it's just 8 months old and it is in warranty also please do resolve my problem and provide me a resolved mrf tyre
