Dear Sir,
With due respect it is informed that I my vehical no. UP-78 EX-8695 was damaged due to accident on 18 Dec 2020. Vehical was handed over for repair as on date in Maruti auth. dealer KTL SHIV KATRA KANPUR near to RamaDevi .My vehical was insured by National insurance co. at 0 dip I was told that vehical will be delivered by end of March 2021.But still vehical is pending for repair and pretending that some parts is not available. I asked which P/N are you not getting? Send me through whatsup no. but failed to give till date and delaying repair. I am in national security service and can not monitor repair progress of my vehical.
Being known for good service provider, I never expected such poor response by agency. Such bad service gives bad name for such reputed company.Hoping that my matter will be taken up at your end for early recovery of my vehical.

    I bought the car on 12/8/2020. Now It seems that there is a serious problem with AMT system. Many time it refuses to go to D mode even if shifted to and remain in N mode. Even on the go, from 2nd and 3rd gear it automatically goes to Neutral (N) mode while driving.
    Being a vehicle only 6 months old, I am worried about the serious problem. What should I do ?

      I am using Ertiga which we have bought in the month of Nov. 2020 and having registration No. HR77C 4425.

      The vehicle have problem in breaking system and give sound sometime like tak tak while applying break.

      I suppose this is a manufacturing defect and break system is critical for the safety of the driver.

      Therefore, please arrange to change the break system immediately and let me know where I give my vehicle for replacement of breaking system as it falls under the warrant. My vehicle is runned only 15000 KMS yet.

            Dear Team,

            6months back I visited, Amman Suzuki car dealer to book a vehicle, with agreed booking amount later due to covid situation I lost my funds, hence requested Amman Suzuki car, VELLORE politely to cancel my booking and requested my refund amount. It's been now more 6 months they did not refund.
            People behave so rude inside showroom they force us to buy a vehicle which is so bad experience I faced it.
            They just enjoy my money with put refunding it.

            Hope concerned team will address my issues to get back booking amount.

              My name is Vipin. My contact number is [protected]. I had my booking with Southpark motors Pvt ltd, chakkai Trivandrum, kerala 695029. I am attaching the SMS I got for the booking of Maruti Wagon R. Later I changed to the new 2021 swift. The booking number is SOB20001293. The same number might have been modified while I changed from wagon R to Swift. Wagon R was booked on 17.01.2021. But soon I changed to New Swift ISS 2021. I had paid the full amount for the vehicle on 25.03.2021. I had done this because I need the vehicle urgently. I should have held my finance without transferring to the dealer, however, I made the fund transfer to ease the processor vehicle delivery. But now things are going beyond my expectation and no further updates on vehicle despatch or transit. It was Maruti Suzuki swift ZXI(Magma Grey). I had already sold my old vehicle to purchase the new Car. I am a central government employee and I need the vehicle for my day-to-day needs.it is highly embarrassing that even after raising the issue through social media communication there was not a little move from Maruti regarding the despatch of the vehicle. Is this because the dealer is new to the area or the particular model have any waiting period. Please escalate the issue to the proper hierarchy so that the prestige of Maruti Suzuki and the belief of a valuable customer is dignified.

                Vehicle no. MP49S6887. By Dev suzuki dealer. Distic Nurshingpur teh. Kareli m.p. I bought EXTENDED WARRANTY with my scooty. But it's not generated online in suzuki dms by dev suzuki dealer. Other dealer say to me your vehicle out of extended warranty.
                So plz help me

                    I have purchased my New Car Baleno Delta model HR 19P 7988 from M/s Jagmohan motor charkhi Dadri Haryana.

                    As per current service done by the Maruti authorized dealer M/s JKM Motor Noida sec - 9.
                    i understand to know that My car clutch plates malfunction .
                    as you know that maruti gives warranty for clutch assembly for One lac kilometres while my car completed 45k cycles till today.

                      Hello Sir/ Madam

                      I am owning Baleno, Aplha petrol variant, bearing reg. No. TN19S 3256. I recently changed my LED projected headlight at my adjacent service station ( Vishnu cars, Guduvanchery) . From the day one, dark shades are projecting out of it and photo of the same has been attached herewith for your verification and necessary action. I was informed by local GM that this is not an issue and it by default it will come. But, when it was at condition, there was no dark shades like the attached photo and when compared to other top models, the same issue was not there. I am having a doubt that this service station is using duplicate head light of Maruti and this issue is still unresolved since 5th March. I have been chasing the service team and there is no response after 19th March. I do not want to go to Vishnu cars again as I was betrayed recently for Clutch and cover assembly along with AC fault. So please depute some other service station to solve my issue and If I am not getting response, I have no other choice other than approaching consumer court. Hope you will not allow me to do that and expecting you to solve the issue asap

                        sir, 9 day before made a complain toward Reeshav automobile pvt. Ltd. Hajipur, vaishali district, Bihar. my complain id is [protected].which is closed by them and
                        they have transfer the complain toward Hi-tech automobile which is not done by me. then again i made a complain by id [protected].which is also closed by them
                        without any response on it. the active complain is on Hi-tech automobile which is not done by ourside.
                        while talking to Reeshav automobile they are openly threating and saying to as whereever you want to go, we are not going to work on your car.

                            CHEATED BY DEALER SALES TEAM!!! TR Sawhney, Delhi Road, Meerut

                            Dear Maruti Team,

                            With Extreme grief and dissatisfaction, I am writing this mail, Maruti India Team as a Brand not only harassed But also shattered my trust On Brand as I Trusted to buy as my first vehicle. I cannot believe being in the service industry as a well-established Brand / dealer can have such a loose approach and do not even care, Post receiving a complete Amount .

                            If a say in short, I feel I am cheated and frauded by the Dealer/Maruti team.

                            As a Govt doctor, Because of this issue I had to face a sorry figure in front of my Supervisor, district CMO, DM And State minister’s to not available on time in meeting’s and in this high time of COVID-19 Vaccination Camp. But from the Maruti team no one came forward to take ownership. The whole team just had “No one cares... approach”. Vehicle was in an accident on 8th march still there is no defined timeline or answer from your side.

                            Now I will not hesitate to take it to the highest level as now my Reputation and job has been staked and I am mentally stressed out of this issue.

                            My vehicle met with an accident on 8th march. Same was intimated to the dealer who has not provided any assistance and took no action for the next 2 days. I delivered the vehicle to the nearest dealer from where I came to know that My vehicle RTO tax was still pending which was almost 2 months from date of delivery of vehicle.

                            This got highlighted as the Insurance broker asked for delivery challan and RTO receipt to further process the claim. For which Dealer TR Sawhney Delhi Road, Meerut clearly denied and again no support was provided from their side. At my own risk, I delivered the vehicle from another dealer to TR Sawhney workshop.

                            Complete narration of incident as below.

                            -- vehicle was delivered/ Handed over to me on 18th Jan. Invoice and Insurance of ICICI were of the same date. However, Sales guy took 10k in his Paytm account and same refunded 5000 in cash also addnl approx. 5000 Rs extra charge is total billing which again refunded Post we highlighted this issue. Right from the start the intent of the Sales team was not clear.

                            -- Now after only 30 days Central locking key started chipping off which again highlighted over phone multiple times but they said nothing can be done. AS central locking is part of MGA and please visit the store for any resolution but nothing cannot be done. Quality of accessories provided--- central locking is questionable.

                            -- Till 2nd march 2021 dealer never self-intimated that registration is pending. Me and my father are the only one who followed this. Again, I need justification for the time gap 18th march to 2nd march. If a vehicle impounded in mid time. Who would be responsible?

                            -- On 3rd march a new insurance of Reliance sent by dealer for which he does not have any clear information. Why it’s been done. Need clarification why? as I will definitely file RTI with RTO for this issue.

                            -- On 8th march unfortunately the vehicle met with an accident. When intimated to the dealer no immediate support was provided. Very unprofessional.

                            -- For the next two-day dealer just wasted our time is unnecessary discussion which resulted in zero conclusion. Again WHY?? Are we playing circus or what?

                            -- So as action I delivered the vehicle to nearest dealer Tanya motors, Garh Road on 9th march for Insurance claim. For which Insurer asked for RTO receipt and delivery challan. Where the whole world turned upside down. I came to know that RTO tax has not deposited till then and. Dealer upfront denied for delivery challan copy.

                            -- Next 10th and 11th march the dealer talked here and there and finally we forcibly delivered an accidental vehicle to their workshop. Just to highlight TR Sawhney was denying to accept its mistake and to accept a vehicle at the workshop and suggesting to wait till Registration. Dealer was Imposing his mistake to ME for not depositing RTO tax.

                            -- But We want to That even after 45 days RTO tax was not filed for the vehicle. As a govt servant I wan’t to ask if we are playing with the system and people’s money.

                            -- Now with rigorous follow up for the past 25 days no resolution provided and no commitment date provided by the dealer for the vehicle. They say registration is pending Will start insurance claim POST RC no.

                            -- Even after 70 days of purchase of vehicle RTO tax is not filed and more than 20 days of accident to insurance claim observed. Dealer is indifferent in attitude and received no support from the dealer. Maruti As a brand failed to acknowledge my previous complaint and resolution is BIG ZERO.


                            Only, Me and my Father are the one who are harassed on every ground. Which is morally incorrect. I’m paying Emi of vehicle which is not even registered. Where should I go.

                            I do not need any vehicle now. Keep your vehicle and i need a complete refund of the payment. Or I will ensure to get to the judicial system for justice.


                            Lastly, STOP cheating people who trust in your Brand.

                                  I gave my car for body work on 3of March on receiving 8 of March they broken my instrument cluster and the person who working in popular maruthi retteri is Saravanan he is giving me reason it was air crack by heavy sunlight, they guy is unfit to be there and he is speaking lot of lie, this is not happening to me first and I left my car with 3 point of petrol they gave me 2 points last time I gave with 2 point they gave me with orange display of petrol, and they theft my pen drive too, after a fight I got money for pendrive it is such an rediculous.and iam very disoppinment with service centre pls do something asap.

                                    Sir,
                                    I have got my Maruti Swift car no CH 01 BU 4099 service from Navdesh Auto, Chandigarh on 06.03.2021. There are few problems that was informed to the service man at the time od delivery of vehicle. All the three problems were not ratified and still exists. They have charged me Rs.5300/- which is very high service charges. Market rate of services is very less as compare to your rate. Rate of every items are on very higher side as compare to market rate of maruti authorized dealer in Chandigarh as compare to the showroom price. Quality of service was also not good.
                                    The company is not taking care of the fault that was informed by only concern about the money to be charged from the customers. Some of the items which was also not required to be replaced has been replaced and charged money un-necessary from the customers.
                                    Now I have other Maruti Baleno car and now I have decided not to get service from this Navdesh Showroom in future.
                                    Now I give very poor rating. Please look in to the matter and inform me.
