I bought a mast & harbour shoe from flipkart online. But after one month o[censored]se the shoe's fabric (Where leather patch stitched) ripped out. I contacted the flipkart customer care but they replied that i might contact to company of the product. I came to know that it was myntra product so i tried to contact the myntra but they replied to my mail that they did not accept mail directly, but there are no option on their site or customer care to contact directly their representative or mail them. The feedback I am giving is not only for mast and harbour but also Myntra who claim to give 1 month's warranty from manufacturer's side but when three time comes, they just back off and say NO, we cannot give an exchange, contact manufacturer for that. All they do is take the product back and refund money.
I want to know details about the water resistance of this watch. Upto what depth is it water resistant? There is no manual with this product.
I called Myntra customer care, but they don't know the details as well. I tried to find the customer care number of Mast and harbour, but I couldn't find any.

Loafer shoes, stitching open from the back, kindly contact me as soon as possibke or provide me an contact number so that i contact to you, plz provide before warranty period out, already 10 days completed from 30 days.
I ordered Mast and Harbour Blue gunmetal coloured flat sandals from myntra but delivered a wrong product to me which is Sky blue and silver coloured. I requested to return it but Myntra is not accepting my product due to product mismatch. There is too much colour difference in these products. I didn't like that colour which is delivered to me. I waited for almost 15 days for blue and gun metal coloured sandals. And you delivered totally different product. How can you sell such products without cross checking. It's very disappointing from such a famous brand.
