    I ordered a watch of Mast & Harbour from Myntra o 17th Sept 23. I received it fine but within a week o[censored]sing it, the loop of the strap came off. By the 23rd December 23, the watch stopped working.
    On contacting Myntra the said they can help us as no where there is anything mentioned about the warranty so it meant that there is no warranty on it. There is no detail of customer care of Mast & Harbour available anywhere.

      I bought a handbag from myntra which is too bad and poor quality
      I filed a replacement request at Myntra twice but was not replaced
      I want to get this exchange
      I had good amount spent on this bag...

      I ordered the product from Myntra and after few days o[censored]sage, i noticed cracks under the sole area of the sandal. I contacted myntra help care and they informed to contact Mast and Harbour brand but there is no support number available for this brand. I am very disappointed after spending 800 rs for the product and its of no use in few days.

          I purchased the aforementioned product on Myntra and it was delivered on 16 Mar. I wore it two times and the inside of the product got completely worn out. The order number is Order ID # 1230739 [protected].

          I want refund towards the same and rs. 5000 compensation for the trouble, hassle mental pain and agony.

          If this is not done in the next 48 hours I will file a legal case.

            I purchased a Mast and Harbour Shoe via Myntra on 28th August 2022, having ORDER ID: 1213570 [protected]. It was good for about 2 months but after that the side stitching/pasting started coming out and the shoe was very uncomfortable as well, walking for even about 500 - 800 mtrs was very uncomfortable, gradually after some more time the side stitching / pasting totally came out Product after just 2-3 months o[censored]se, and the shoe is very uncomfortable as well. Since this issue did not occur within 30 days, I am not able to return or exchange the shoe. That product was total loss of my money.

            Desirable solution: I request to refund against that product.

              I bought a mast & harbour sandal from myntra online on . order no is Order Number:[protected]-9886201. But after one day trial one strip ripped out.i asked for return and return id is Return Id[protected] but pick up person denied . so I contacted them myntra customer care but they replied that they dont take back used product. in fact product has one month warranty but they are keep on denying to refund my money .

                  I bought a mast & harbour shoe from flipkart online. But after one month o[censored]se the shoe's fabric (Where leather patch stitched) ripped out. I contacted the flipkart customer care but they replied that i might contact to company of the product. I came to know that it was myntra product so i tried to contact the myntra but they replied to my mail that they did not accept mail directly, but there are no option on their site or customer care...

                  I have on order with myntra on 5 jan 2017 an expected delivery was mentioned as 17 jan 2017 but part of my order is not deliverd til 30 jan 2017 mytra representative is not solve the issue they said we are work to your complaint but they have no response I am very disappointed the service i want to the compansation now ... my order number is[protected]-1860903 my id is [protected]@gmail.com
                  I purchased a sandle worth 1499 from Myntra - Brand name - Mast and harbour on March 11 2019 But it got broked from soul.It has been only 1 month. I want the refund of the amount since the sandles are branded and are costly too
                  Bought watch of mast & harbour brand and within a one month color started going.
