I have ordered a stitched blouse of cost Rs.890/- on 29/03/2019 on https://www.matchingblouses.com website. But the blouse I got was absolutely different to the one I have order also it was unstitched, the blouse cloth is of poor quality. In the website they mentioned to return the product reach by mail or messenger. I sent mail mail with complete details what I was ordered, which I received with order number. There is no contact number, I tried to contact via whatsapp. In the whatsapp I contacted for ordering the product at that time they replied. When I said about wrong product delivery, they are not giving reply. Mail and messenger also they are not giving reply. When I tried to write review on the product I ordered i used to get an icon that your review is submitted but I can't see my review under the product reviews, by this I understood that the whole website was fake, the reviews were fake, the products are also fake. This website is a big fraud. Also I tried to comment on the product in Face Book page, they are deleted my comments also they blocked me. When we contacted with other number to order the product, they will give you the reply. When we raised any complaint regarding their product, they will not give you the reply.
So I am here to ask you to take strict action against https://www.matchingblouses.com and make sure that they refund my money into my bank account or else replace with correct product which I ordered.
