Matchingblouses.com — poor/no customer service when complained about product purchased vs.advertised picture mismatch

I had purchased a stitched blouse piece from this website. On receiving the product it was no way similar to what I ordered. It was some random u stitched fabric. As per their website I had raised the concern via email as well as fb messenger. But they have not responded at all even after so many follow ups. They are cheaters and I have alerted all my friends and relatives against purchasing from this team. Is there anyway to take action and stop them from cheating more ppl? I want to get a refund of my money. Attaching the pictures of what I purchased and what was sent to me.
