My Matchpoint GPS Tracker was not working from last one month and showing as "Waiting for Network to Restore" in Mobile Application.
I tried reaching out to Matchpoint GPS Customer Care and Watsapp number provided. In customer care respond like one of member from support team will reach out to me. Not even a person responding from their team as of now. As per customer care -due to failed kyc my tracker stopped working. if i want to reuse then have to pay labour charge. I have already paid for 5 years charges then its company problem to resolve the same
