Facing issues from 8july but no one is resolve my issue

I am facing the problem of "Waiting for Network to Restore" from last 2 years. I've dropped many mails & whatsapp messages to matchpoint team but there is no response from them. No email response and no messages reply. I have spent 20000 Rs on this device for 5 years service but now I realised this is a fraud company.

Please don't buy any tracking device from Matchpoint GPS.

I installed a Match Point GPS in my car 2 years ago on a 3 year contract. It was fine till October 2022 when it suddenly stopped working. Their customer support is very poor. Even if you get them with persistent effort, their ability to resolve issues is low.

Try avoid them and look at other options.

Matchpoint gps past one year showing waiting for network to restore. Complaint raised via app and email, WhatsApp. No response.

But after one year when i called again, because i ve already given 18000 rs. to HDFC bank for 5 years agreement. But in 3rd year it won't work.
I am Very frustated.

The gps isn't working from the past 4 months and i have been constantly trying to get in touch with them through WhatsApp but there isn't any response from their side. More there isn't any contact number to make a call on. Kindly resolve my issue

Sorry after 1year of device not world they ask to pay 200 rs of Courier charges. Match point provide new device. But in new device same issue is there.

I tried reaching out to Matchpoint GPS Customer Care and Watsapp number provided. Nobody responding from their team as of now. I request Matchpoint Team to resolve the issue......

My GPS device was not active showing as network issue. The customer care number of the Match point GPS is not working. This is cheating by the company. While we installed the device they told they will take care for life long just after an year they were not responding.

Please let me know how can I resolve my issue.

I am also facing problem, I was forced by HDFC to install this device because I took loan from him. Now, since last Three Months GPS is not working and i try to call Matchpoint Gps company.. they are not picking calls..

I'm using Matchpoint Gps tracker in my car for 2 years. Now from 2, 3 months GPS is not working and i registered complaint but no response from Matchpoint Gps company.. they are not picking calls..

I am user of match point gps. Due to non upload of kyc document my GPS has stopped by matchpoint. But after that tried to contact them, no response received from their side. Even I have written several mails but no response from their end.

I bought this gps 3years back for ₹25000, they told that the plan is for 5years..after 3years is stopped working.. i have tried every possible way to contact them..all numbers are switched off

I get waiting for network to restore since last one month as my phone got lost I have installed the app on my new phone

My match point is not tracking my car for 2-3 months. I complaint on match point what's app number[protected]. He/she told me that thier technician will visit on my house and will solve the problem but he did not reached till now. Please solve my problem

No proper response as my device stopped working 6months back. Tried reaching customer care over the phone no luck. Sent emails and responding that to pay money for already subscribed to 4 years. Please Help!

I had installed matchpoint company's GPS in my car Mahindra TUV 300 with the registration number UP 32 KX 6757, which is not working since last 6 months. In this regard, I tried to contact matchpoint several times on their customer care numbers ([protected] / [protected] / [protected]) but none of their numbers is being contacted. After this sent a message on his WhatsApp, number too many times but there was no reply. Then I contacted them several times through e-mail at [protected]@mpgps.help, on which for the last 3 months they give the same clichéd answer and after that do nothing. Their reply is "Your Tracker sim was canceled due to non KYC, we arranged a service call and replaced the tracker. We have escalated this issue to our back-end team to arrange for a Service Visit by our Technician. You have to pay for these service charges". After this, those people do not help even though I have bought a subscription for 5 years from them, out of which 6 months have passed like this.

MatchpointGPS customer service is pathetic. I have been chasing last 2 months and no response provided by them. It’s stop working suddenly without intimation. Highly paid gps forcefully given by hdfc bank at the time of purchasing the vehicle and now I am chasing through WhatsApp and email for rectifying the issues. I really do not know what to do next.
