Hello, I am also using matchpoint and was facing device problems since many months. Call Sarita [protected]. Also try Vinod Raul [protected] another executive contact I found on my delivery package. She helped in initiating my replacement. New device received and working properly. Yes their after sales is worst and virtually non-existent. Good luck
