I feel like i have been cheated by MAX Bupa Insurance by every time rejecting my claim.

on Dec 2020 My father was hospitalized for severe kidney pain, so I rushed to the Emergency service & I paid the full amount thinking I will claim but unfortunately, later the claim was rejected saying Kidney doesn't cover in your policy.

on 25/02/21 My Mother was admitted to Hospital for 1 day & same the claim was again rejected by saying she is Diabetic & then my claim was rejected. AS she is NOT a Diabetic Patient

I would like to cancel both the Policy & request for my refund of 60k Lack.

And also I would Like to request to you ALL DO NOT BUY THE MAX BHUPA Insurance as they are cheaters.
