The job description given to me according to a MAX ENTERPRISE executive was to complete 10, 000 Captchas in 10days.
1) My very first session was suppose to start at 6pm which I was unable to start on time because at 6pm when I logged in they had no session available for me to work on So I did send a screenshot to the executive who had contacted me on call and whatsapp text regarding this work. But there was no reply even though the message was read.
2) The helpline button on the website just refreshed the page, about which I sent a mail to them as well.
3) Then at 3am when my first session started I wanted to know how many captchas I was submitting so that I could keep a count so I texted the executive on whatsapp to which again there was no reply so I called her and she told me that a report would be sent to my mail. Which till date I haven't received on mail so I emailed the helpline no. That I got when they sent me the job confirmation details. When I emailed the above mentioned problem only the was the site updated with the session reports.
4) Even though I typed and would submit the correct captcha when I got the session report on their website it showed that the CAPTCHAs I had typed correctly were
wrong and the text seems to have been changed and is not the letters of the CAPTCHAs that I have typed.
5) I sent mails stating the above problem to the helpline and was replied with the answer that what you have typed is what's in the report and the server doesn't make mistakes, not willing to admit that they were wrong.
6) I luckily took screenshots of multiple CAPTCHAs and how I typed them correctly before submitting and how it was later changed by them to make it wrong to reduce the correct CaPTCHA count. Only then they emailed me stating that the report will be updated and you should continue. To which I replied I will only continue if and only if the reports have been updated and if its not then I should be paid for the sessions I have completed and contract after paying me be terminated.
7) The sessions were never updated, infact when they emailed me to continue the work and I checked the reports to see if they had corrected the discrepancies what they had done is cleared all my previous session.
8)Today on 29th September I get a call from a lawyer working for MAX ENTERPRISES to pay them money for not continuing the work or that they will file a case against me.
