Max Fashion — Refund of amount

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding a transaction made via Google Pay at MAX Fashion for a bill payment of ₹4, 106/- on[protected]. The amount has been debited from my bank account, but as per the merchant (MAX Fashion), the transaction was unsuccessful on their end, and the payment has not been credited to their account.

However, from my side, the transaction is marked as successful and completed. Therefore, I kindly request you to look into the matter and ensure that the debited amount is refunded to me at the earliest
