I purchased a black jeans from max fashion and due to size issues i had to return it after a day...first of all they delayed the pickup of return by 5-6 days and when I was about to return it to the nearest max store for instant refund..they somehow arranged the pickup of return and I can see on Delivery app tha my return process has been completed 6 days ago. But they haven't processed ant return process on my max account and when I am asking them for my refund they are everyday making new statement that you have to wait for 2-3 days. They are working very unprofessionally and it's very disappointing. I have a family wedding in a week and i have to purchase a jeans they aren't making my refund and I am not able to purchase a new one. I am done with this max fashion store..they are very poor when it comes to helping their customers

      I had purchased one kurta from max .and as soon I reached home, I found one stain on the kurta.so the very next day I came to the store and asked them to exchange the piece and myself told them the issue.but they denied that they can't take the kurta back.but to clarify u the kurta was not used once, also the tag was still there on the kurta but I was very upset with the staff sitting on the counter that he did not address my concern and refused me any help.request u to investigate the issue or I will have to escalate this issue further to higher level

        I made a purchase at Max fashions at Ardee Mall, Gurgaon and paid using my bank's app (Kotak Mahindra Bank) directly. It was successful at my end however they said it failed at their end. The guy at the counter told me to make payment using a card and I used my debit card to make this payment and it was successful. This guy gave his no. and asked me to contact him if the failed transaction payment is not transferred back in 24 hours.

        After a week of chasing behind the issue, this person confirmed that they have the amount credited and will return in 5 days. It's almost a week the money is yet not received back in my account. I need a solution to this problem. This guy has stopped picking my call even.

          I made a purchase at Max fashions at Capitol mall Kannur and paid using gpay on jan 1 2023, it was successful at my end however they said it failed at their end and they said network issue.After a week of chasing behind the issue they confirmed that they have the amount credited and will return in 8days. it's almost 2 weeks still they are saying that it is processing and no one is returning the money and asking to keep waiting. I wonder which bank does this transaction.I have been insulted by the staff on behalf of this payment issue. I never thought a company such as MAX would do something like this. What a shame!

            The order I placed was supposed to be delivered on 28th December. However, the shipment status shows order was on hold at Bengaluru and now it has been offloaded from the airline. I tried reaching customer support many times, but there is no response from them. There is not even a option to cancel the order. The order is [protected].

                This is regarding my MAX order #[protected] in which I have raised return for 3 items. It has been more than a month but the items have not been picked up. I have reached out to max customer care through phone and email but I havent received any response. I have been a long time member of this group and have done lot of purchases and really disappointed with this poor customer service. This is definitely not expected from a brand link LandMark group and needs to be addressed immediately for customer retention especially when there are many other competitors available today online with better deals. Request the team to please take look into this on priority and expecting a quick closure on this.

                  Jayanagar 4th block bangalore store.
                  I purchased about 5196Rs clothes. As per displayed offers they had to give 1000rs off. On 3rd floor men section they display these boards and salesman say the same offers.
                  On ground floor billing section the billing guy is not giving any of these offers. He billed us whole of 5196 without any discount.
                  It's just they are manipulate people for their business.
                  I need immidiate action from max management team

                      Had worst experience from max online. I ordered 3 items from max online. But only 2 delivered in the courier package and 3rd item was missing. Online customer care is worst and they are disconnecting the call. I feel like I was cheated. Worst company, please avoid doing online purchase.

                        I made purchase on 25th June
                        Since they do not giving a different size product I had to return it
                        Return picks was done on 26th June
                        On 29th June I got sms that they has successfully picked up the item. And refund will be initiated with 48 hours.
                        Today is 7th July
                        I contacted their so-called customer care many times
                        Asked to provide bank details which I done twice
                        Next thing they asked was my Government Id Proof
                        They are saying that they will not giving me refund without sending my Id Proof.
                        A send that too
                        Still they are not giving refund.

                                        Ref no : [protected], Placed order on 20th Jan 2022.(Ph no : 91 [protected] - not to be posted on public forum) Payment opted via Gpay and paid at Landmark online shopping page. But the order was never created/confirmed. Hence, contacted Max customer care. They advised to wait for 7 working days after 7th working day again customer care rep asked to contact my bank. Bank has advised to contact the merchant. Actually refund was never initiated by MAX. Usually we receive a message as soon as the refund is initiated but I never received any intimation. Please advise.

                                              Order not being delivered even after 2 weeks

                                              I placed an order in max fashion on October 29. The expected delivery date was November 3. Even after 2 weeks they are not able to deliver the products. Their tracking link doesn't provide any information other than the item is in transit. But even if someone is walking with the order it should have reached in one week. I called the customer care many times but, they are not able to get the item delivered. Worst online shopping experience...

                                                Pathetic experience I had by placing order no-[protected] of 8 products out of which I have received only 3+4=7 products in 2 slot inspite of doing several follow up with customer care.last I had a long telephonic conversation with Mr.Yogesh on 10.10.2021(floor supervisor) I have paid for all products but I didn't receive the product (MAX Checked Roll up sleeves casual shirt) if I will not get this product/full amount refund (RS.549) then I will escalat the same to consumer forum. You can't continue this kind of fraud activity. This is my first and last order. Worst experience I had and will share the same with people around me.

                                                  Wrong Delivery done by Max Fashion team.. and I have been asking for getting me the right article.. which they don't agree as they have only return policy and no replacement policy. Then the refund that they are processing is lesser amount because I availed some discount on the purchase of more than INR 2500. My argument is that I can't buy the same product with that discount now because i again need to do a purchase based on current scheme so refund me the full amount.
                                                  While refunding the partial amount also, they are not refunding full amount to my account instead partially to credit balance because I used the voucher. Now I am saying that I can't buy anything with that less amount and i do not have any other need right now.. just refund the amount in my account which also they don't agree

                                                  It is unnecessary harasseent for their mistake. They haven't made any policy for the wrong delivery they do.. for that as well they are penalizing the customer

                                                    I have ordered 3 items from the max fashion store online app, the bill amount at the checkout was 2197.00 INR. I have done the payment through Pay on card mode and used my debit card. The amount is deducted from my end but the order is not placed. Either refund my amount or Update the orders....

                                                    I have recently placed an order on Max using the PhonePe app. The transaction was successful on phonepe and the amount is deducted from the bank account.
