Dear Max

As a journalist with a national news channel, this is one of the many complaints that I will be filing against a nephrologist at Max Smart named Alka Bhasin. Not only is she unprofessional, she is also heartless, money minded and incompetent. On 2 occasions, including today the 3rd of December 2018, she made my sick mother wait for 5 hours despite her having an appointment. She callousness and lousy attitude did not budge even after being told that my mother was feeling unwell and cannot wait any longer. She casually strolled around outside of her office and my mother's pleas went unheard and undressed. I will be sending similar mails and complaints to the government, the MCI and social media alike.
