My grandmother got operated by pass surgery 2 days back at max Saket
She was in icu for couple of days and then got shifted to HDU BB 2 bed no 5

She has to be here for 3/4 days Ac is not working and fan is also not there
Patient is constantly complaining about the same we are also following up with the management nobody is listening
It’s been 24 hours patient is suffering from this heat and had asked for one cardboard to make fan for her

We have paid 365000 for this operation and they can’t even provide basic amenities
