Max Hospital — careless and rude staff max smart hospital saket dialysis department

This is to bring to your notice that dialysis staff at max smart hospital saket is very careless and rude they are never ready to attend a patient and always busy gossiping in their own language as all of them are from kerala. My father has been going for dialysis from last one year, on 23rd september he had a vomiting problem for more than 12 hours as he has hiatus hernia also, as we approached emergency, doctor checked everything and referred him for dialysis as it was scheduled for that day. Once we reached dialysis we requested for bed and we were told that you have to wait for half n hour which we did. As we were waiting for the bed and my father was sitting on sofa vomiting continously no one was ready to attend him thankfully dr alka bhasin arrived at the same moment and saw my father upon which she asked staff that there is a bed vacant and he is not at all ok cant u see, nurse replied we saw but there is no bed, however there were two beds avaibale and doctor said what about these two bes these beds are free put him on the bed and attend the patient, nurse said this bed belongs to other patient and doctor got furious and told nurse to immediately give bed to this patient. On 27th sept my father went for dialysis again and he was given bed at 1230 and kept lying on bed till 1320 his diaysis started almost after 50 minutes which was due to their negligence and being busy in gossiping, once dialysis got over my father reqested to check the bp as he was admitted with the very high bp on 23rd september. For next 20 min nurses didnt bother to check the bp. Only when i raised my voice we were told that we do not have staff. Only head nurse arvind is very polite response and careful wit patients in dialysis department, rest nurses just dont care about any patients. We also requested them to give us an early slot of 1030 am as my father has joined yoga classes every evening at 1700 hrs, but nobody bothers to give time slot and bed on time. We have though to move out of some other hospital but only coz dr alka bhasin is very good at her job we come to max saket, also we come from west delhi and it consumes our entire day in travelling as well as dialysis. Request you to kindly train your staff well to be carefull, polite and attentive to patients and their families
