Max Hospital — complaint regarding miscoordination amongst the cancer department | |||||
Respected sir, I had my chemotherapy planned for 28 august 2018 for the morning and i was informed by mr vinod from east wing that the schedule has been shifted from morning to 12 noon but when i get to the frontdesk for admission my name was not added in the preplanned list and was told that the appointment is at 3 noon and when i protested i was told that there are other patients who will be admitted first and then i will be admitted which is outrageous as i come from other state and also i have to go back for my work on the same day. I request you that you take strict actions against mr vinod from max hospital saket east wing and make sure that this kind of hokum is not created in the future as it is very unpleasant and disrespectful. Dear sir, I am G K Sonu and I have made 20 times call at your billing department extract precious time from my busy schedule.But no one can pickup phone and nothing any response. Please make ensure about this type of your worst service, it's very painful. Actually my call timing is about 2.40 pm to 3.20 pm.
