Max Hospital — Covid vaccination mistake | |
I got my first covid vaccine jab at Max hospital Saket on 12 June'21 but didn't received the vaccination certificate or message of my successful vaccination. I kept waiting for a week then called the Max customer care but they kept transferring call from one executive to another but no one helped for alteast 3 days. Then on 4th day I was connected with the concerned department and she said she would look into the matter and get the thing sorted but before I could ask her that how i was supposed to contact her for further procedure she disconnected then for next one month I couldn't get connected to her and no one resolved my issue. Then on 9th July when my parents went for their vaccination, they connected the customer care and they started the blame game. They informed that their staff forgot to approve the vaccination and because of which my vaccination was not successful. They said that they cannot do anything about the vaccination certificate of 12 June and issued another certificate of 12th July. Because of their negligence my second dose got delayed by another one month. Was this information helpful? | |
