Max Hospital — Delayed lab test

I was advised for few lab test by oncologist Dr Nathani on 9th Feb i cam fro Geneva for treatment and till date i am not getting result of Blood tests advised by Dr Nathani. Despite of my repeated requests and written, orak reminder there is no response from Max Lab. This iswith a Doctor working iIN WHO what will be fate of grneral patient with such attitude.
