The complaint is regarding dialysis billing before patient has arrived hospital. The patient relative (sister) has reached hospital so early and get the billing for patient dialysis done. Ideally billing has to be done only when patient is there in hospital thats what dialysis department and billing staff told me.
The patient name is naresh yadav whoes sister come to hospital very early and get the billing done for naresh yadav and get his number fixed as 1 or 2 for dialysis. Naresh yadav usually misbehave with dialysis staff and due to that they are afraid of doing any complaint about him. My dialysis and his dialysis is on the same day. So i am giving you detail and you can cross check my complaint.

Complaint: dialysis billing is get done by patient relative before the patient arrive at hospital and get the number of dialysis.
Advice: dialysis billing has to be done when patient has reached the hospital.
