Max Hospital — False billing

My father Mr. Prem Singh Negi was admitted on 30th March 2021. He was tested for Covid-19 and report came one day after and he was positive. Then he was shifted to Corona ward icu. He was admitted in hospital as he was suffering from renal infection. I asked for detail medical billing from hospital and they emailed me. In detail billing i found there were billing for some injections but no injection was given to my father who is in covid ward. Two days ago i.e. on 4th April he was again tested and found negative for corona. I went to hospital for his shifting to general ward but whole day was spent but in the evening they said there will be another test for corona then only they will shift to general ward. Yesterday again the test was done and he was found negative again. Now he will be shifted to the general ward. He was not given medication sometimes, yesterday from afternoon no medicine was given to him. He asked some there who was on visit that he is having pain in renal area and to treat it, they said they are not allowed to treat for it and he will be treated in normal ward when he will ne shifted.
My complaint is regarding false billing for injections and for not treating him for the reason he was admitted in hospital. From past two days he was found negative but still he is in Covid ward. I want to ask if he is safe there from past two days if he was found negative.
