It is abhoringly painful that Max Emergengy Doctor & Ambulance took more that 35 minutes to reach Kendriya Vihar, Sector-56, Gurugram in the wee- hours of 15th Sep, when there is absolutely no traffic at all. We even had to guide the directions to most popular in NCR region, i.e Sec-56, Kendriya Vihar which is straight drive of hardly 6km. As you know every second is crucial in any emergency and any delay can cost life which is the case herein.
Though we lost our beloved father and dont want any other to face the similar hardship in future.

Desirable Resolution -
Would appreciate if you could work on the timelines especially for the emergency cases so the they could save many patients in future.
