Max Hospital — Lies

My father had gone through angiography on 6th June. Staff told us to collect the report during discharge (7th June). We asked for report during discharge, staff told us to collect it in 2 days i.e. 8th June. I called hospital today (8 June) and staff is telling to collect it after 7 days now. Please resolve it asap otherwise I'll escalate it to the higher level.
