Hi Team,
This is informing you that my daughter name Ruhi was admitted in your hospital room no - 1729 on 19th April and discharge date 22nd April, 2017. On 22nd April when my wife went to billing department and asked for the final payment, then these 2 people (Gurpreet Kaur, Deepak Ravo) gave her wrong payment structure and added unnecessary charges. I have confirmed with my insurance company and they have sent a final payment amount, but these two guys were not ready to understand what the insurance company had written on the sheet. They have misbehaved with my wife and said that you dont' have money to pay and come to the hospital. My wife was not well till now after that incident happened. This is not the first time we have faced this issue, last year also they have done the same specially (Gurpreet Kaur). I am highly disappointed the kind of response i got from the billing team. Moreover they also said that this hospital is not for you it is only for rich people.My insurance company already gave the preapproval of rs 45000/ and we also have submitted 7 thousand rupees before the treatment start. I don't know how much money you want to give admission to the patient.
