Max Hospital — not entertaining cghs beneficiaries without referral from govt wellness centre/ hospital

Most of the esteemed hospitals like Medanta (Gurgaon), Jaipur Golden (Rohini), Primus (Chankyapuri), etc are treating CGHS beneficiaries at Government prescribed rates/ CGHS rates (as notified by CGHS Hqrs, Nirman Bhawan time to time) and do not ask for any referral from Government Wellness Centre/ Government Hospitals. These hospitals ask for CGHS cards only [Those beneficiaries do not submit any claim in respective office]

But Max Hospitals are not treating CGHS beneficiaries without any referral from Government Wellness CEntre/ government hospitals which, no doubt, harass the patients for unnecessary reasons.

I believe hospitals are meant for provide better health facility which is irrespective of any such documentation dichotomy.
