Max Hospital — Query Regarding difference in Price of Tests

My wife got discharged from Max hospital on 23rd June 2022 and on 24th June 2022 I went to Max hospital Shalimar Bagh for “TISSUE-GeneXpert MTB/RI[censored]ltra Test” of my Wife for this they charged me Rs 4390/- attaching the bill for your reference on the other hand in maxlab.co.in website (https://www.maxlab.co.in/lab-tests/tissue-genexpert-mtb-rif-ultra) it is given at Rs 2200/-, well I don't understand the same test which is conducted at same lab but the prices are different in lab & hospital with a huge difference of Rs 2000
