Max Hospital — refund

Hi,

I made an online appointment on 8th december for 10th dec and paid 450 rs online for which i received a confirmation. Next day i received a call from max stating on rescheduling the appointment for 11th dec due to doctor's unavailability and while i checked on the payment, the lady stated that the refund will be transferred within a week. I went on 11th dec and again paid max 450 rs.
While waited for 8 days now i called [protected] and the lady stated that she cannot see my request and she transferred me through to the line which never got connected.
This needs to be looked into on priority before i raise this to higher authorities
