My mother karanwati (Uhid [protected]) sheoran got admitted in max gurgaon dt. 06.03.20 due to chest pain complaint. Her eco and angiography was got done on 07.03.20 alog with other tests. I paid all the bills on 08.03.2020 wide receipt no. Gndi106073. I did not got following reports along with discharge summary of patient:
1. Echo report
2. Angiography report
I was told on 08.03.20 that reports are not ready. Today when i contacted your representative (Mr. Pawan) initially 3-4 times he transferred call to an ext. No. Which no one was picking. Later he told that i need to pay rs. 1200/. Is this the way to treat the patients/customer. I had paid fee for all the tests along with rs. 1600/ for record keeping, then why again i need to pay.
I belong to neemrana which is approx. 120 km away from gurgaon.
Pl. Arrange to send reports by e mail or courier. I need to claim the amount from my insurance company.
