Max Hospital — Status showing as Not Vaccinated post taking dose 1 vaccination

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I, Mamta Rani Ahuja, has taken vaccination dose1 from Max Superspeciality Shalimar bagh hospital. I have paid the amount of Rs. 780/- and get the Vaccination Certificate Dose 1 printout from the Nurse. However, on govt site it was still showing as “Not Vaccinated”. Kindly resolve this issue.
