Max Hospital — stealing of sweater and headphones

Dear team,
I was at hospital for immigration medical and for that doctors told me to take off your clothes and put a gown.
But after completion of tests my sweatshirt and headphones went missing. This is very shameful for you and for your department that you are taking care of all the things.
Also when i went to security officer he told me that if something missing we are not responsible for that.
What kind of attitude is that?
I was wearing only that sweatshirt and no clothes left to reach home.
Please have a look on that as i belongs from midddle class family and i have to take huge step for buying such winter clothes.
Sweatshirt is in black colour and it have hat on its back (Hood type) and it contains headphones in it.
