Totally irresponsible behavior of TPA staff. No one on the hospital is aware of a single name who can be approached in case of need or for filing any complaint. Least bothered about the patients comfort and satisfaction. Due to TPA's negligence and irresponsible behavior, my father has to suffer and kept waiting for 4 to 5 additional hours at the hospital. They are only concerned about how to make money from patient irrespective of patient's satisfaction . From the staff attitude and their approach it seems that even management is least concerned about patient's satisfaction.
