Max Hospital — unethical behaviour of home collection agent

Max home collection - the agent who is supposed to come arrived one and half hour late for that i have to ask him so many times when is going to come and he kept saying "i will be there in 10 to 15 minutes" then after coming he did not even washed his hands or wear the white gloves to prevent contamination of blood samples and started taking blood samples and i don't know if he had the blood sample collection kit because he put the samples in a polythene in the bag.
