Above is my service request no.. I didn't got my refund back since 2 month's. Its like harassment.
First I got the wrong product & next day I return it.
After a week I didn't got my refund so I contacted customer care, they told me I return the different brand product.
That time I gt to know that I was got the wrong product. It means there delivery boys are fraud.
Now since 2 months I was getting false promises from there customer care executive thru mails & calls..
Don't do shopping from MAX..
They are fraud people from customer care to delivery boys..

Empty packet has been received no product inside the packet.
No action taken when I filed a complaint to the lifestyle team and they are saying we cannot do anything
