My order no is [protected]. I had returned the item and requested for the refund amount in my bank account. I shared my bank details and got acknowledgement from the max team but it has been more than 15 days the amount is not credited and there is no response to my mails. I had live chats with the customer service team but everytime i get the same answer that the team is working on the issue. Was this information helpful? |
