11 days have been passed and i have not received my refund of rs. 2400/- my order id is [protected]. I have called 6-7 times to their customer care department, each and everytime they say we will revert you in 24 to 48 business hours. I also have audio recordings of their customer care executive in which they admit to reslove the matter in 48 hours. Was this information helpful? |
