I ordered a samsung galaxy M31 screen/display(Order #4380449, Paid on 14th Mar 2022) from maxbhi.com, it didn't have any visible defect but when i connected it to my phone the display was internally damaged. when I asked for a replacement they declined it and said that they will only cover manufacturing defect and it can not be replaced after testing or installing, but without installing how would I know if its working or not.
I paid 2389 rupees for this and they sent me previously damaged product and now refusing to replace it. I would like them to either replace it or give me a refund. Was this information helpful? |
