[Resolved] Maxbhi.com — Money not refunded for cancelled order from the company side

I have purchase lcd with touch screen from maxbhi.com on 5th july, 2017 after getting the availability confirmation from the maxbhi.com customer care and spent rs. 5233 rs. For the order and my order no is 531962. But after two days on 7th july they sudfenly cancelled the order from their side and when i called to their customer care he has told that he will send the notification when the product will be available again otherwise sent the amount to my bank account but adding my horror now they did not even pick up the phone and did not sent the money to my bank account.
