[Resolved] Maxbhi.com — Money not refunded instead transferred to e-wallet which remain impossible to retrieve in personal bank account | |||||
I ordered two product from maxbhi.com with order no. 158895 and waited for almost a week then i received couple of msg signifying that my order is under process then after few days another mail with subject saying your order has been cancelled and cash back has been added to maxbhi e-wallet account came after that i ordered with another product with order no. 164628 which with the same case refunded the money and transferred to my e-wallet. I tried everything possible to transfer the money but it remain impossible, I came up with this site and found out I wanst the only one of the victim so I am placing a complaint to consumer forum against this site. And anybody please dont go with the site glamour and products detail its a 100% fraud. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Aug 13, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Verified Support Jul 12, 2016 Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom Customer Care's response Dear Sir firsst of all i am really very sorry for the inconvenience due to your order with maxbhi, but as i checked your order in detail that you used your wallet for other purchase so we were unable to refund your amount to bank but after your request we refunded your full amount to your bank account on[protected] kindly update us too or do let us know if you need any further help regarding this..
Also would request you to kindly mark the issue as resolved so that other user can also get to know the actual process regarding the same
