[Resolved] Maxbhi.com — Non-delivery of ordered product and non-refund of money paid | |||||
I had placed an order for battery for JIVI JSP Q56 mobile phone online with MAXBHI.COM. As there was no COD option, I had paid the price online from my bank. After a few days, they informed that the battery is not in stock. They did not even refund the money. They say the amount in question can be used against any future purchase from them which is totally wrong. They should refund the money upfront. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support May 30, 2016 Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom Customer Care's response Dear Mr.VK Gupta, i am really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you about your order with Maxbhi.com. i have closely checked your both the order, 197571 refunded on[protected] bank reference number is IXC9991300 and order number 209417 refunded on[protected] bank reference IXD2516140,both the order's refunded to your bank means complete payment which was used to pay was refunded to your account by you. I hope all the miss-understandings ar clear by now. Please let me know if there is anything else i can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at https://www.consumercomplaints.in so that other users can also know the terms and policies from our end.
