[Resolved] Maxbhi.com — Ordered 4 products and delivered only 2 refund is not happening | |||||
Hi Sir, I placed an Order with Maxbhi on 5th Oct'15 and the agent confirmed that all the 4 parts are available and got a confirmation/Approval mail as attached from them. But on 10th Oct'15 after lot of calls and follow up they said 2 parts are not available and rest are shipped. But the other two parts which was out of stock was my 90% cost involved. ie out of total purchase amount 5213.64 /- 4713 has to be refunded. This entire amount is been moved to e-wallet and I do not want to make any furhter purchase here as I had called them more than 25 times onlu for this order #135003. Cusotmer care is worst as they don't understand English and what they respond is in some foregn language. From last 2 weeks they were saying my amount is getting processed to deposit to the bank, even today I called them and they said there were some technical issues. I do not trust them as they did not kept the word from beging of my purchases. My humble request to help me getting my money back to my account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Nov 27, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved After a long follow-up and pain I see the amount is credited.
Pathetic Customer service, does'nt talk English at all .. No track on complaints and every one says the same update after all the call which is frustrating.
At the end I said I am moving to Court to file a case my Order number started showing some improvement. Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
