Maxbhi.com — refund not resolved

I ordered a combo touch and display for honor (Hol-u19) for rs. 1679.00 on 04/03/2019, but the order was cancelled on 5th march by the seller and refund initiated on the same day. Its been more than 2 weeks but till date the refund is not reflected in my bank account.
Please help resolve the issues asap.
