[Resolved]  Maxbhi.com — the product was not supplied, but not refunded the money paid.

I ordered a mobile case duly enquiring over phone availability of the same on 3.10.2018. On 8.10.2018 maxbhi expressed its inability to supply the same and credited the amount to my maxbhi wallet. I immediately requested to refund the money to my original payment mode, a credit card on 9.10.2018. Till date [ 23 days] i have not received the money in my account. I complained several times online. They just gave a reference number which did nothing.
Order id.1331275. Complaint reference no.89911 & 90228. I request them to immediately refund the amount.

Dear Mr. V.RAMADEVI Sir ... First of all i am really very sorry and apologize for all the inconveniences caused to you regarding your order with Maxbhi.com. As i can check your Order #1331275 with maxbhi.com. Its already completely refunded by you only sir as we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support mail. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank which you had done, or you can call us and request refund to bank, you can easily request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route. Still as its already completely refunded from our-end the Refund Bank Ref. # = 4492014, kindly check this refund with your bank and please do let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.

1. I have not received the refund as claimed by Maxbhi.com. I have checked with my bank and written confirmation obtained from them that no refund / transaction with the Ref.#=4492014 happened. I have raised this issue on 3.11.2018 and again on 6.11.2018 - the extract is as follows : On 3.11.2018 : "Can you please provide some more details of refund instead of giving a random number. Date of refund, mode of refund, a screenshot shot or transaction page of the gateway you used to refund etc. so I can take up this case with SBI card. If the refund is completed where did this money go? please Check with your accounts, You might have refunded it to some body else. There is nothing to do with SBIcard since I always get immediate refunds for failed or transaction like this. Do the needful and refund my money." On 6.11.2018 : "I have not received any reply for the issue I raised on 3.11.2018. I reiterate, I have not received the refund till date [6.11.2018]. Please refund the amount or I will have no other option but to approach an appropriate forum for redressal."
No response from them till this posting.

As its already completely refunded from our-end and the CC Avenue payment gateway response is ( The reversal process for the order number:[protected]) for an amount of 289.00 has been completed from CC Avenue. please inform the customer to get in touch with the concerned bank by referring RRN: 4492014 ), kindly check this with your bank and please do let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved
