I have ordered a screen with maxbhi on 9 March 2022 which got delivered today itself dated 11march 2022, the send a expired screen which I came to know when i was at the shop to get it installed in my phone when I connected the screen and switched my phone on it was blank, not showing anything at all then I called up the customer care and they told me to fill a form then company will call me and after that I have to courier it to them and then they will initiate the replacement and when I asked how much time it will take they said no idea about this sir. What is this behaviour and they guys took 3 days to deliver the screen from Delhi to Noida after performing end number for tests still the screen is not working and when I am saying that I'll return it tomorrow by coming to your office they are saying sure but you'll not get a replacement it will take time, why the hell they are making it difficult and they are not even ready to refund my amount please help me soon. They guys are horrible I don't know how they are running such a business online full of fraudity and complaints. This scenario is of Maxbhi. Com.
