[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Delay in refund

My order was canceled by the seller due to no stock. Money initially refunded to e-wallet without my consent. I had to make a request for refund to source of payment. It has been 14 days that the money is not yet received in my bank account. The customer care person greets with yawning and grunting sounds, reverts by saying that the money is already credited to my bank account. When I asked for the transaction id, I was again put on hold and told that their accountant will call me in 24hours.
So finally no update on my money.
