[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — didn't receive refund for order #425206 and #547061

I have ordered two orders in maxbhi in last 6 months. It looks they are not shipping products and cancel the order. But the refund in returned as wallet. I tried to return the wallet amount to bank but it is not working. I send the complaint email to support email. But still now no response from them. Is there any way to close/block these sites if this is fake site?

Maxbhi support responded quickly after posting complaint in "consumer complaints" and also got immediate reply from their support mail. Anyway thanks for Maxbhi support team and consumer complaint website.
