[Resolved]  Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Digitizer glass for Micromax P470

I bought the component from maxbhi.com and when I received it, I maintained everything I received, including packing materials. (Order #385052)

While I took the component to the service engineer, he expressed the doubt that it may be a used item. He attached the component to my tablet, without removing the seals, fearing that the warranty may become void. The component was not working.

I requested the maxbhi for a replacement, they say this after seeing the photos I sent them:

* The warranty seals has been removed from the product
* The protection film / clear film has been removed or tampered with.
* The gumming has been removed / used.

None of these are true. Had I known that maxbhi is a potential cheat, I would have made a video while unpacking the parcel I received.

Their online customer service doesn't answer any queries.

Maxbi wants me to bear the expenses of returning the defective product they supplied to me. It seems their terms and conditions specify so.

My question is: if Flipkart and Snapdeal can pick up the defective products from the buyer, why Maxbhi alone needs to have a different set of rules? Did I ask them to supply me a defective product? If something has gone wrong from my side, there is a point in my being penalized. Why I should be at the losing side for the fault of the supplier?

For a product worth Rs.320, why should I bear Rs 100 or more for returning? The person who spoke me over phone could not assure me that the replacement product that they supply would be thoroughly tested and proved to be free of defects. What if the process is repeated? Do I have to bear the loss every time the supplier makes a mistake?

The whole affair is not fair!

I have purchased lg k10 touch glass that was canceled by maxbhi because of out of stock .again i ordered white glass that is also out of stock. Am afraid of it please send back my money to my account. They have send it to maxbhi walet there is no use.

My order is 391167 Samsung E 1410 display. Date 05/12/2016 time 6:35pm I paid for this order Rs 263 through Paytm wallet.My order is cancelled for what is the reason for cancellation of my order. Send my order or return my Paytm wallet amount...Max bhi.com is a 420 company
