Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — E wallet Money not refunded in my bank account

I Have ordered 1 pcs signal cable, after completing payment order get delayed so i cancelled my order.
After cancelling money Refunded in E wallet. I maked in request for refund of my money in my bank account.
After making request, they telling "Transfer of amount back to bank account usually takes 7-10 days.'' but till money not refunded...
